Meet and pay safely
Prefer public meeting spots for handovers. Avoid sending full payment before you've seen the item unless you trust the seller and have clear proof.
Never share passwords, OTP codes, or banking PINs in chat — Supply staff will never ask for them.
Spot scams
Prices far below market with pressure to pay off-platform immediately.
Sellers who refuse in-app chat or push you to unknown payment links.
Listings with stock photos only and no willingness to share more images or video.
Accounts with no history, no KYC, and vague location details.
Reports and moderation
Use Report listing, Report seller, or flag messages in order chats. Choose the issue type and describe what happened.
Moderators and admins review reports and can warn, suspend, or ban accounts. Serious cases may be escalated.
You can track reports you filed and reports about you under Dashboard → My reports.
Account security
Use a strong unique password and verify your email.
Pause or delete your account from profile settings if you need a break.
Contact support from the Help center if you suspect unauthorized access.
